3. Delivery Policy: a) Delivery is subject to availability. b) Delivery charges may apply. c) Delivery time may vary based on traffic and weather conditions.
4. Refund Policy: a) Refunds will be provided for orders cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. b) Refunds will not be provided for orders cancelled after 10 minutes of placing the order. c) Refunds will not be provided for orders that have already been delivered.
5. Privacy Policy: a) We will not sell or disclose any personal information collected from customers. b) Personal information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving our services. c) We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect all customer information.
6. Food Allergy and Dietary Restrictions: a) Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform us before placing their order. b) We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee that our dishes are allergen-free. c) Customers should be aware that our dishes may contain ingredients that are common allergens.
7. Reservation Cancellation Policy: a) Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the reservation time. b) Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time may result in a cancellation fee.
8. Liability: a) Everest Indian Restaurant is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur on its premises. b) Everest Indian Restaurant is not liable for any damages or injuries that may result from the consumption of its food or beverages.
